Leanna Crawford Takes Home New Artist of the Year at the 56th GMA Dove Awards

Leanna Crawford was awarded the prestigious New Artist of the Year at the 56th Annual GMA Dove Awards on October 7, held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. This song pays tribute to her Great Aunt Maurine, who inspired her love for Scripture.

Crawford was nominated in four categories, winning the New Artist of the Year title. Earlier in 2025, she also received the K-LOVE Fan Award for Breakout Single of the Year. Her song "Still Waters" has seen impressive streaming numbers, exceeding 90 million globally. In addition to her award success, Crawford is on tour with several artists and will soon embark on her headlining Still Waters Tour, which runs from November 6 to November 23.
